I think I can use it, I am able to buy a digital game on there with it fine I think. I buy and sell on sites like G2A and euro or dollar doesnt matter. Buy from many EU sites like Indiegala, Bundlestars also.
When I login to Amazon.UK it uses my same login so it will work I believe.

Hello, I am trading my Guild Wars 2 account, It has the Heart of Thorns expansion and also has 3 LVL 80 characters on it and many nice items and accomplishments. One character has 100% explored world map, another one has 62%. Many nice pets, wings and cool stuff on this account.
This account is on a European server, but you can still play from North America with 80-150ping and no trouble. I played using this account from East coast USA to play with European friends and never had any lag problems. So you can feel free to offer from Europe or North America and can enjoy this account.
