Edit: he is banned there already.. u should check it before trading, especially for keys when going first DERP.

All you can do is report him too on steamrep. And when you do future trading always do a background check.

And dont forget to make screenshots of your chat window etc when trading for keys. Cause you need proof to report somebody to steamrep/valve.
