If someone got something for free, it won't mean that it lost its price...:) Everyone had the same chance. And I did not win it there, I won it on steamgifts (If it makes you feel better).. If you won something what you do not need and its worth some bucks, you would not trade it? If your answer is no; thats mean that:
-You are bad at business.
-You are lazy to care about it.
-You have someone who you know and you can give it to him/her.
It's not even a 1:1 trade... C'mon don't be a dick.
btw I would suggest you go read up the rules on steamgifts. Games you win on steamgifts are supposed to be activated, if not you might get suspended.
