You should probably expect to pay $25 wallet for something like this, just a heads up.
At $25 wallet funds, I'd probably say that I'd keep it in mind for as the sale got closer to the end rather than immediately say no. I did say $20 was an ideal after all.

You'd pay $24 and I'd get like $21, the party receiving the $ lists a unique item (you can keep it once the trade is done) in the community market and the buyer has to look for that particular item and purchase it, sending the funds to the seller. To my knowledge that's the only way to move the wallet funds between regions.
And obviously, I'd buy the bundle for you.
