I was stupid, I know, he said he was new here and I trusted him.
This is a lesson for me, I'll never go first with anyone who doesn't have more rep, no matter what.
Bump. Also scammed me and then gave me negative feedback stating that in fact it was me who scammed him.
This "racist" thing made my day, the worst derogatory term he knows, huh?

EDIT: Important update news
Two days ago, after the trading ban for Dase, I checked his steam profile.
It wasn't privat anymore but public, so I tried to add him. Although before I was blocked this time I managed to add him as a friend. We talked for a very long time.
I'll just sum up the main points: he said he was sorry for what happened, and that it wasn't his fault because it was one of his friend (to who he had loaned his account) to do all this great mess.
Although I was a little diffident we came to a deal, as he would have given me a game of equal valor of that I was scammed.
I made him notice the negative feedback I and portaldudette had received, and he removed them fastly.
After a couple of days, today he had gifted me portal 2, the game I was trading for Victoria II, with many excuses for what happened.
So I'm glad to let you know my story had a positive end but I'll wait as well to hear good news from portaldudette (and I'm sure they will arrive soon).
In conclusion, I will erase my negative feedback from his steamtrade profile, giving a positive one explaining what happened.
I'll keep as well this thread updated and the previous information until all the problems can find a solution, which I trust it will arrive as soon as possible.

This guy just scammed me.
I gave him my Victoria II key and I was expeting to receive Portal 2.
After he received my key and activated he said he had gifted me the game, which has never arrivied - of course, it was still in his inventory - and suddenly he goes 'absent' because he had to go to the market.
He turned back after more than 1 hour and half and he simply said he gave me the game.
After that he went offline (he erased me from his friends list) and made his profile private.
