Not really. Trades are trades, best offer wins. Always. You can't give bad rep for that. Even when the best offer is "Il buy it now".
They didn't go buy it, they offered to trade me, I added them to steam, they accepted friends, then the next day when I see them online and ask to go ahead and trade, they say they traded the game they offered to someone else. Plain and simple bad traders. And I wouldn't take my negative feedback off them even if I could.

As for keys, you want something I can trade over steam, then you offer up key first so I get to test it before I give you the game{s} for it. If we're both trading keys, then at the same time.
PS - Games listed above are not keys if no (key) is on their line, they are steam trade-able.
PPS - Check what games I do have on my account, I have too many games for me to list and I want too many games to list them as well. So I will not bother replying to offers that have games I already have and I pretty much check this post once a day, if 24 hours goes by and no reply or steam friends add is made, then you'll know my answer is no and will never hear from me at all about your offer.
As for why the games have a non-sale stream price, it is the most reasonable way to value them, this will apply to my own and your's when trading; whether bought by full price, steam sale price, or gotten from a bundle; it is the most fair way to both of us.
And I shouldn't really have to mention this, but this is called steamtrades, not anytrades; do not offer me games on another service like desura, uplay, or anything else. I am trading steam games, I want steam games. I also don't want keys or etc to other games. I would be willing to take money (paypal or steam wallet) for trade, but I don't care if you have tens times my feedback or more, you go first for trading; it goes more along the lines of how do I know you have have so much in the account (or even an account at all, I've had steam for years and NEVER used the wallet, I am betting 90% or more of users are the same).
