The best you can do is add those 4 screens to your -rep. That way he won't be able to remove it and won't scam more people.

I pulled out the history of your trade page that additionally proves this guy commented on your trade and scammed you, not his "impersonator" (like anyone would impersonate a guy with 28 rep).
Add this link and screenshot of it as additional proof that he scammed you, and tell the people that left him negative review to add all the screenshots as well if you can't leave him neg rep anymore. And tell your friends to leave feedback in English.
Also try reporting him on steam with all the proof and steamrep as well. Oh and if you just bought the gift and sent it to him try to ask for a refund of it on Steam. Explain everything in the ticket!!

Thanks for the help, buddy. But I bought the game last year and I will not be able to recover. And I do not know the people who are performing the negative feedback. A guy on Steam added me and said that ZReturns went to a group and offered games to get my feedback out. But some people in this group were moved by the situation and decided to give negative feedback as well. I have no friends on Steamgifts. The problem is that they filed my -rep on Steamrep because I have no evidence of the original agreement. This evidence I could only show in my chat with him on steam, but I no longer have access to chat. Thanks for the support

I talked with X and I discovered that he bought my gift of Zreturns. X did not want problems and did the right thing. He gave me back the gift. X did not do anything wrong just bought the gift of a thief. X is a GREAT PERSON and deserves several medals. He had no obligation to give me back the present.
