PermalinkIf you purchased that Eidos Pack from Singapore, it have subID 52125 (a.k.a store page http://store.steampowered.com/sub/52125/). So, you cannot trade it or gift it cross region (outside Asia region) based on SteamDB Data - Eidos Anthology (ASIA).
