Insurgency 4 pack opening for 1 key. I mainly use Dispenser for trading. I don't have the money for collateral but you can just not trust me. I would understand. Unless 1 positive rep is considered good? XD

You must have 40+ trades on here or another rep source and your account must be in good standing and able to trade games you purchase from the steam store (no steamguard locks or new payment methods). You add the game to your library and then return the extra copies.
If you do not have rep, you can provide 5 keys collateral that will be returned to you once you return the extra copies.
