i sold my 60 copies csgo for 5 keys each. 6 key cs complete is fair for tradable gifts. yes you can buy at discount time, but you can't trade them. you can gift them but if the redeemer get a vac ban you get a gift ban. so my gifts are risk-free, old school gifts.
