The game is not tradable yet but I can send it to you as a gift. This is because I had a four-pack and I gave it to my friend to activate it, but I forgot that his account is pretty new and he didn't buy anything from the steam store. As a result the other 3 copies from the four-pack were marked as "not tradable" for 30 days.
