I got a Steam gift card for Christmas. but am looking to cut down on how many games I'm playing to focus on school. I just want to convert my steam card to money. So if there's a 40 USD game, I'll but in exchange for PayPal :)
You can only gift steam games in the same country and using wallet funds for gifts it's been a pain in the *** lately.
