I dont think you would do that just for Sleeping Dogs ? :) (and ofc. if your key isnt from that error on GG it would be a rip off :P ) If no take it as a free bump :)
I wouldn't do it only for Sleeping Dogs of course. And even if it was an error from Gamersgate, that doesn't dispel the fact that Fallout 3 was also from the Bethesda Collection (even cheaper than BL2) and Sleeping Dogs was cheaper than a separate BL2. Sounds fair in my opinion.
