i would be looking for offers, as a rare game only (not for sale on steam anymore), but if you are looking to get the game for a fair price , i would be happy if you buy it to yourself outside steam. I ve bought this game and dlcs for about 2 years ago, and wasn't the best discount , i would be looking for at least his full price or a good offer.
