Hello. I have 517 Booster Packs and I think I will stop collecting them, so I was wondering how much it would worth? Honestly I have no clue. Thank you for any reply!

I think it's better to sell them directly on Steam. I've seen them sold from 50-250 gems to 0.20€ for not marketable ones, but yours are marketable.
Before selling look the price of cards, sometimes it's better to sell three cards than a pack.
