Bought a brand new laptop through CyberPowerPC and one of the benefits of buying a Nvidia GTX Graphics card was receiving Batman Origins and Splinter Cell Blacklist for Free. Sadly I already have Splinter Cell so I am looking to trade this key.

I do not have proof of this particular purchase of this code because, as I said, it was free with my whole purchase. I do have the InVoice from CyberPower showing that my purchase came with this free code, they gave me a sleeve that had a code to enter on their website, and sent me a UBISOFT/UPlay key to my email.
