Why Monese?
Good question, but it's mainly because i love to use it, it's fast and simple, and giving how easy you can earn money on it, i think you'd prefer to spend 5€ on a set with money you got for free, than let's say PP or Keys.
I do accept PayPal too, EU account, fees on you if any.
