PermalinkNo, it's not. You don't want a RU tagged version. But for some odd reason a Russian 4-pack produces 3 RoW gifts.

PermalinkI have RU version and I can play it fine. So there is no difference between them. (only the price for russians ofc)

I'll close this once there is a definitive answer, but does anyone know for certain? And if so, can you post a link to the source? All I have found is conflicting info, but people are trading the RU versions around as though they are the same (it's happened to me twice now). I think that they are the same, actually, but I'd love to know for certain.
