Just leave negative reputation for him here - https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198290216219
And post proof of the scam. c:

Also, there's practically nothing else that can be done.

Thanks for what? I didn’t do anything.
Its just a key and being scammed isnt a nice experience but its just a key, keep on with your life cuz this key is meaningless.
The scammer will get his karma back dont worry, it will be used for medicines for him in th future - thats always the future for scammers thieves and murderes - all the bad guys in general.

He hoped you'd pity his idiocy enough to give him a csgo key. I really wish Steam Trades have moderators to close down stupid threads like this.

Then charge it to personal experience and move on with what you learned, not spam this thread every 5 mins hoping someone gives you a key so you'd shut up.

Some things justify being sad and scream for help, and thats when someone dear to you have had something ‘bad’ going on his/her life (maybe even a loyal pet), not a meaningless key, think like that: today i bought a life lesson about scammera for a key, seems like a very good and cheap deal.
