Don't want to sound negative buy you have zero rep and your provile is set to priv - you won't find a lot of ppl that will want to trade with you - set your profile to public like most traders do so ppl can see you have nothing to hide - just an advice

1 - use steamrep before you trade -> http://steamrep.com/ even if one has good rep
The id to copy/past to steamrep is in the adres of the steamprofile of traders profile, it's no the same as your steam nick ie mine is http://steamcommunity.com/id/sati44/ yours http://steamcommunity.com/id/themacvictror/ etc
So if you wanted to check me you would write sati44 in steamrep search engine
2 - never accept blind invites
3 - to be safe go first with keys, paypal with ppl that have a lot of good rep - most ppl (including myself) have the rule that lower rep goes first.
Look at -reps to, some are just from idiots like mine -rep
4 - look out for impostors that impersonate well know traders with shitload of reps
and blind inv, private profile, steam acc less than 2-3months old, offers key and want's you to go first = 95% scammer:p

oh and write scammer in the traders searche engine you will find a lot topics where ppl post the id's of scammer so you can add them to your block list
