Let me guess... Tremor Games offers? The only thing I can recommend is sending an support ticket to the provider you looked at the deal on (SuperRewards, TrialPay, etc.) If you successfully registered with SwagBucks, then you need to find your verification e-mail. That way, when the provider asks for it, you can copy and paste the body of the verification e-mail into a reply e-mail back to them. It probably takes them awhile to verify it, so be patient.
