Sorry but the price difference between tf2 key and csgo key are not very far. I suggest you keep using TF2 key or pay the same price as above with CS:GO key

You have to be able to buy/sell in steam market to open 4 pack. You need to add collateral (6keys or equivalent) if your rep is not high (below 75).
