Exploiting a glitch in the steam system without disclaiming you purchased it through a glitch is scamming.
It is listed for that price. It is not a glitch. Probably somebody mistyped the price (lol), or the devs went crazy. Anyway it is, it is not our fault if we get some of these copies.

Yes, but a lot of people will try and trade this game to people who don't know it's value. Just trying to let people know so they dont give away a mid priced game for 19 cents.
game isnt locked and it wont go unvalid when "fixed" they didnt fix 2.5 e La Noire last time the "glitch" was on.

there is no difference from ru and other versions so i don't see a lock possable down the road.

Yeah, but look how fast the going rate has plummeted. It is down to getting offers that the Ubisoft exploited keys have been getting.
The Russians will still profit, but part of me wonders if this was a way for Steam to bait those who have been buying by proxy into showing themselves. Much easier to track those who are buying dozens of copies than those just buying one.
Very interested to see the fallout on this one.
these games are getting way more value than the ubisoft keys, I traded for almost all of the ubisoft keys for indies :P
At this moment, maybe 2x what the ubis are getting now. Still, the UBI exploit has been known for a week, and this one for about 30 minutes.
Just look at the threads, they are dropping to 1 ref levels already. Oh well, still ok profit, but I will stick to my day job :)
So has anyone yet to actually purchase this game with success outside of Russia? Interested in just buying a copy for myself if it will work in the UK...

steamgiftcards are the only way cause they convert to the accounts money.
paypal also shows steam your region so if your paypal is not ru (they don't use pp there) it will not work.
