I am trading games bought with Steam Wallet for Paypal, and games in my inventory for TF2 keys or Paypal.
If you want to do a Paypal deal:
-You will go first. If you're not comfortable with that, we can use a middleman from SteamRep's middleman list seen here.
-You pay any fees.
-Your Paypal must be verified.
-This is from the US Steam store. Prices are in USD and subject to the prices and availability of the US store.
Pricing:
-Games that are already in my inventory but not on sale will cost 10% off Steam's lowest previous price.
-Games bought with Steam Wallet -or- games that are currently on sale and in my inventory are 25% off their current price.
For example, you could get Batman: Arkham Asylum, currently on sale for $4.99, for only $3.74!
