As for buying the keys for 1.75 yeah , there are people that need fast cash that can sell them even as low as 1.5$ paypal cash ... but that doesnt mean that this is the trade value .
For some people it might be , but 90% of people take the steam community market value for granted :, and so do i .
If you have a Sakura angels copy i would love to discuss the price of it , if not ... well we can keep talking bout the keys pricess i guess :P

I mean it srsly just depends who you trade with .
For example if i sell something for keys and i value it ~10$ i would ask 5 keys for it ... some people will want 6 for it ...
Its just finding a price that suit the both sides :P
Like in Alice madness case , i got the game for 1 key and 1 sack of gems awhile back ... but it ended up region locked .
Both me and the guy who i traded with had No clue that it is region locked , i found out after i tryed to activate it ...
And there was no mention bout it being Locked at all in the descritption , reason being that it was reward form the winter sale ... made for personal use only , so it wasnt really meant to be traded :)
So yeah 1 guy can value the game on 1 key , other can value it on 3 :P
So if you feel safe enough buying keys via paypal , thats a relatively cheap way to get games i guess .
