I can explain some other metrics to evaluate trades when you add me, they'll be useful for valuable and cheap games where you really can't compare steam list prices. For example, games that have been on deep sales or bundled cheaply the list price doesn't matter really.
You could use reseller sites like Kinguin and G2A to see more accurate estimates of value, hence my 2:1 offer (about $3 in value on both sides).
I'm not saying you're wrong, but I disagree a little bit, g2a, kinguin and other key resellers buy keys on sale in bulk to flip later for a profit. So, while they may have the lowest price, it's not an accurate representation of the value of the game.
With that said, I think that, and I don't know why I didn't think of this before, probably the best place to look at prices would actually be a site like isthereanydeal, which looks at prices across all sites, and puts qube 2 and ATS at 10.07 and 9.99 if you were to buy them today.

They don't, for most games those sites are like ebay with individuals reselling their copies. Hence it's tbe best way to see close to free market prices. You should look at those to avoid being taken advantage of.
