READ BEFORE BUYING :
This key must be used on a freshly installed windows 8.1 PRO, romanian version (i will give you the iso for it). You will need to add the key while installing the windows & activate it online afterwards ( you'll need to create a microsoft account if you want to be able to update to windows 10).
The Windows iso is in ROMANIAN and no other language is available, but you can change it afterwards (download the english language pack from windows store like i did). After the installation just let it automatically install all the updates & wait for the "Reserve windows 10" notification. Reserve it, download and install when prompted -> GG you have win 10 fully activated genuine.
