I have chivalry, reus,prison architect and football manager.

i have Reus and Tomb raider only, but i also have 5x killing floor and 1x CSGO

What is your ratio 1:1?

Word of advice: If all you want is summer sale cards, you could sell your TF2 key on the community market and use the Steam Wallet funds you get from that to buy ~10 cards of your choice, also from the market.

If you're looking to get more than 10 cards, ignore what I just wrote. :P
