That's exactly what he's saying. You are lowballing. Your game is worth $7.50 whether it is still on sale or not. Every copy that is available for trade was purchased at $7.50. You are asking for $10.19 + $6.79 for something that is only worth $7.50. That is why Fallout 3 GOTY alone for Borderlands is a fair trade, $6.79 is very very close to $7.50 so they are approximately the same value.
They are both 29.99 and both went on sale for 7.49 recently. I don't think the offer deserves an all caps low...
I thought it made at least a tiny bit of sense if you went by the "my game is not on sale, yours is" logic but now I think he's a plain idiot XD
