PermalinkYeah but on Steam it's Steam Wallet, and Dishonored is $59.99 (Not $16).
Keys don't sell at the same price as Market for that exact reason: You can't take money out of the Steam Wallet.
People, such as yourself, want hard cold cash. To MaxT's point, keys outside of Steam sell around $1.30ish, it's a moving target. You will not get $2 each outside of Market... Sorry :(
