ouch. hes used that 'need to restart router' comment in the other scam as well. clearly this is a dummy account, so steamrep wont make a difference, he'll just make a new account.
It is probably one of multiple accounts, but she had it since 2010 and has a few newer games on it, only 5 total. Even if it just shuts down one its worth it.
Pluse, with the e-mail it gives a second identifier. Might help someone in the future.

TriForce1972 scammed my Assassin's Creed II key. Said that he will go to work and then deleted from the friends list.

steamrep doesn't ban from sites, its a reputation alert. You can appeal or argue against one scam report, but after 3 you are permantly labeled a scammer. Plus each report helps because they show up in Google searches and make it easier for other people to avoid being scammed.
Reporting her to Steam directly has a chance to get her account banned from trading or even deleted.
Scammed away my copy of Resident Evil 5. They will undoubtedly keep doing this to others if Valve doesn't take action.
You have to report it to Steam/Valve and also make a report on Steamrep.com I always check Steamrep before any trade now, do not trade with someone who has their STeam account set to private, check their Steamtrades rep too. If anything feels funny, walk away.
Report her. Its the only chance to stop her. I did and she has one strike now.
