The reason why I don't accept Steam Wallet/Paypal is because Borderland is a Base 60 Dollar Game. And if I go on steam using your Steam Wallet right now, I can get a 20 Dollar game.
But the thing is about that 20 dollar game.
20 Dollar - 60 Dollar.
When both are on sale, that 20 Dollar game can go easily as low as 5 Dollars. While Borderland 2 will be at 30 Dollar Discounted.
So that would be a 5 Dollar - 30 Dollar Pricing Difference.
So that would be the same as trading RAGE for Borderlands 2, which would be considered a lowball in my opinion.
However, if I ask for a 60 Dollar game like Skyrim for Borderland 2, that be very uneven for you. As though it is a 60 Dollar to 60 Dollar for a fair-price Ratio. It be easier for you to buy it yourself and/or just buy it when it's on sale for 50% off.
Which is why I don't use Steam Wallet/Paypal unless Steam is having a major sale.

The thing is, yes I want Killing Floor. But that makes people assume that Killing Floor Price Value = Borderland 2, Darksouls, or whatever.
Killing Floor is a game that ALWAYS goes 75% off and every single sale, and almost every one has it, trade value isn't that high. Even the bundle version.

what about a sleeping dogs + penumbra collection for your dark souls? (since sleeping dogs lost some value due to the bug on steam, and dark souls is like 11$ a key on amazon, I think it's fair. Both are tradable)
