Region Free after activate or you have to change your region to RU to active?

guys, please be careful when trading. these games are all region locked. it is not possible to get them cheap from russia (no matter, what wild stories someone might tell you). if someone has a new steam profile, is only registered here for 1 week and offers games cheaper than anyone else, the probability is quite high, that those gifts get revoked! we had this before on steamtrades. i know, you want your games as cheap as possible. but you also don't want your games to be removed from your account after a few weeks, right? think twice before buying cheaper than normally possible. if it's too good to be true...
