A mix and match of whatever the trader thinks is fair is up for discussion, given the offer is solely ARMA II : CO.
Would trade the lot for ARMA II : CO and M&B Warband(M&B Complete or M&B Warband plus Napoleon DLC if you got it on sale and feel generous but this is not necessary) or ARMA II : CO and Red Orchestra 2 (once again for the lot).
Also I should have a copy of Painkiller : Resurrection in my inventory later tonight which I am more than happy to throw in to sweeten the deal depending on how the replies go.
