I have...

Tons of TF2 Keys, the limit is the space

I want...

An interest based on the holding period

90% of the value of the keys worth of items, which would work as a deposit

The interest on the keys borrowed shown here on ST changes over time and become fixed once the deal is closed. Its value depends on the current demand for keys and on the open contracts.
The current monthly interest rate is: 5%

The interest you should pay after the holding period is: (N° of keys) x (Holding period in days/30) x (monthly interest rate)

If you know how to trade TF2, and you don't want to trade away your items, being leveraged by 100-ish keys may help you in gaining enough currency to start to trade by yourself.

This offer is limited to trustable people with no negative outstanding. People with good backpack rep are welcome too.

Sorry trying to understand your offer. Are you asking for others to hold onto to your excess TF2 keys and in exchange, we keep some in the end after returning the rest?

Nop, I am offering the liquidity of my excess TF2 keys for those who have a shortage of keys or would like to be leveraged in his/her TF2 investments :) The cost of being leveraged is an interest rate based on the holding period. I have added the formula I use to compute it :)
