It has more market value than the value of a key + 2 extra sets.
I have, even for unmarketable cards 20 sets is a joke, you are getting extra value from getting full sets and more value than the keys are worth.
It's higher than the value of the key, especially when considering the sale cards you get from crafting the badges, but whatever, your loss.

I was saving 40 cents on buying the key directly, and helping you make much more.
You were getting the badges (cards of which cost pretty much $3+ 2 more unmarketable sets) + the 12 sale cards from crafting them, which you can then sell for close to $1.
But sure, get the 16 sets of 3 cent and unmarketable cards from bots if you want, that's $2.88 market price tops; to my understanding, I had already offered more.
