I'm not sure if restoring the strange items will remove the strange effect. But hey! If you like The Big Lebowski and playing Medic, it's no problem (all other items are yellow... grade... quality?). If you offer to trade both Amnesia: AMFP and Another World you'll get XCOM and all the TF2 Items.

No CD Keys, just Steam Trading.

Yellow is normal
Strange effect....there is none, its just a stat tracker. most are pretty common nowadays and can be bought pretty cheap. once in a while, you get some rare stranges, which bring in more keys/$ such as the strange caber which brings in about 8+ keys or strange festives which can vary in price. so if you restore a strange, youll only be restoring the stats, not sure about the name...unusual hats, the ones with the purple border, are extremely rare and can bring in lots of keys and $$....good luck.
