It wasn't that low in price and that was way longer than Valve pack plus most people on Steam already have the games in the pack

You can never be sure to keep a game you get in form of a key. The person who bought the game can
always get the game back because he is the one who purchased it with his creditcard. Since you got it for free that is not an issue, but a picture/mail doesn't prove it, I could photoshop one myself if I wanted.. I can't be sure it isn't leaked.. So if it's leaked there is
nothing to do since it is out of the trade window. And how can you value your game higher even
though you show me you got it for free:P And yes there recently was a sale on the dirt franchise..

Your points are somehow valid but that shows you don't know how redeeming the keys work. After the leak AMD required to upload a photo of the actual coupon because the leaked codes were just codes from their database and then they send an email with the Steam key (that takes days because of the verification process)That redeem mail is an official proof that you own the game and I forward that to anybody taking the key from me. The proof is undeniable even with Steam support that transferred the game for me once from an account that it was accidentally registered on into another account. I didn't get the coupons for free, I sell hardware and people here would leave the coupon in return of a good discount on the graphics card. Still doesn't change the fact that you can't prove that it is real. I have no doubt it is, but you can't prove it. It could simly be a already used or manipulated in PS coupon. And the same goes for the mail.
You are right about the 1st point but with trusted traders I can go first or they can check my profile comments in which famous traders tried my keys with 100% satisfaction. Redeem mail can't be manupulated coz you get it forwarded to you (not a screenshot) and the sender is support@amd4u.com ... how can you manipulate that ? Steam support itself (and you know how hard they are) takes that as a proof of legitimacy and ownership
No problems if you go first, but that would be the only fair way to do that trade to make sure it hasn't already be reedeemed.. the keys werent meant to be traded in the first place, but that's there own fault, I don't get why they didn't just bind the verifacation to a users steam id, but what can you expect from developers who accidentely leakes 3 million keys..
Not AMD fault to be honest. All big sites like Amazon, Greenmangaming and Gamersgate sell game keys for Steam. I've read before that Steam would make it possibe to register keys on your own account in normal way but if you already own the game it would become a tradable gift in inventory. Sounds like an awesome feature and would cut scams by 90% but still no news about this feature yet and some even claim it could never happen because that would cause loss for Steam sales from their official store
Were the keys leaked on amd's site or dirt 3's offical site? if amd's site, then yeah I would pretty much say it was there fault, at least there web coders.. If Dirt 3's official site, then it's there own fault..
Where did you read that, post the source.. It would be a bad idea because there are so many "not steam aproved" cd key sites that sells keys from 3rd world countries real cheap.. Steam would lose a ton of money.. That is also one of the top reasons they only allow you to trade gifts in the trade window..
They were leaked from amd4u site, it is an affiliate site for AMD promos. That leak is their fault indeed I thought you were referring to "keys" in general
