To be honest I have no idea but some ppl do it so cheap over here. Dunno how or why they ask game for cards since it seems like a...loss for them but nonetheless I've found the same game for 10 random even cheap cards from a guy :) Since u got many games I suggest u figure out how they profit for them :P Think they do it just to lvl up on steam but more than that I wouldnt know.
