Tomb Raider is region locked and about DmC not sure, have market problems on my side, couple days already waiting for support responce.
Ah ok i will change my comment. Reason was its way too expensive you will never sell it at that price. Been on sale many times. $28 is crazy. Not being funny just saying it how it is. I think i got the pack for about $7.50 from steam maybe less just like the Ghost Recon Complete Pack. A $13.50 mark up on Ghost Recon and around $18-20 mark up on the Dead Space Pack. Is the money that easy to make or are people just that stupid ? That of course is going by US prices if you are getting them at russian prices your mark ups could be more.
I don't have it, its just a store price in my region with market fees added, as example of current prices for game packs. When this games will go to sale, i'll update sale section, i thought all of this easy to understand, now i'll consider to add more boldness to key notes, so people will start to read.
OK still a little strange then. You would be best having a list of games that are actually cheap in your store. No point putting a game thats ridiculously expensive ?? Just read through your OP again and in no place does it say you are buying them from your store ? Only that people are buying the item from you via steam market. So rather than use bold i would just use plain english and actually type that you are buying them from the store. Mind readers we are not. Maybe a link to your store or what country would help so people can see the price themselves and ask for any game they want if thats what you are doing. Rather than a list of 2 year old games. Just seems strange. Thats why you are getting offers for trade rather than buy your OP looks like you own these games and are trying to sell them at marked up prices. Your Steam offers dont match up with whats on offer on Steam either all a little strange.

Money transaction will be done using Steam Market -- http://steamcommunity.com/market/, that's new service from Valve to sell in-game stuff, but it DOES NOT allow to transfer funds directly or sell games through it. Its in beta, so not everyone know about it, but anyone are able to participate(buy and sell).
Trading is pretty simple
1. You are telling me what You want to buy
2. I'm placing Unusual Essence(or Dreaded Egg lvl 3 for >$30 trade; Dota 2 item, easy to track) on Market for agreed price and giving you link for it, where to buy.
3. You are buying it and then I'll trade You your games in exchange of my item you bought on Market to transfer funds
...3a. If game not in my inventory, that means I need to buy it first, so after you bought item from market I am buying the game and then I'll trade it to you.
Fees included into price (means that price listed here is exactly what you will pay without any additional charges).
You are free to use known middleman from SteamRep or Trader's Guild.
Market currency exchange rate $1 = €0.77 = £0.63 (unlike Steam Store, here $1 not equal €1)
