Guy is a liar and a con. Who the hell would offer 13 dota keys when they could just sell those keys on the market themselves for $31+? The damn game costs $30 on steam and he is charging more! Do yourself a favor and just buy the copy on Amazon for $20 and redeem code in steam when the disc arrives. PC normal version is $20 on amazon.
