Retail key for Final Fantasy XIV Complete Edition.

I want...

Paypal offer or Final Fantasy XIV Complete Edition on Steam.

I started playing FFXIV a couple months ago and recently my brother was interested in trying it out so I got him the complete edition as a gift. Later on when he tried to activate it the Square Enix account manager wouldn't allow him to apply the code. Turns out since he started the free trial on Steam he's been restricted to only using Steam.

Now Square Enix won't refund me the key since I've already seen it... I had to in order to attempt to apply it.

I'm looking to recoup the cost either by selling the key off to someone else who wants a retail key (I'd like to get 40$ for it) via Paypal or trading it to someone for the Steam version so I can give that to my brother instead.

Would you trade it for other game or only for FFXIV?

Ideally I would want my money back or a replacement... but I'm not against considering an equal value trade of other game(s). There are some interesting releases coming out soon.
