Hi, to the best of my knowledge the codes are unrestricted by region, but can only be used once (e.g., if you use it on the EU server, it will not work on the NA server). These codes came with my MSI gtx780.
In any case, if we come to a trade agreement, I would be willing to send you one code first so you can make sure it works.

PermalinkYeah, I would be, though it's not exactly my cup of tea. Do you have anything else? I'd trade for cheaper games that would suit my taste better. If not, I can trade for borderlands.
