It's a plugin that will allow you to see estimated current values (in manner of speaking) as well as a bunch of other helpful stuff. I would check a site called G2A if you want to get an idea of what the market will pay for some of these.
Some of the prices you're asking for are almost 10 times what those games are currently going for. The only place you're going to get 40 dollars for Ashes of the Singularity is nowhere. People are selling for 3-5 dollars. I have 3 copies from various bundles. People might offer one CS:GO key... which is about 2 bucks US. Not trying to be a dick but if you legit want to sell this stuff... you're going to need to revise you expectations and if you want to sell it for a lot... use eBay.

I was semi-active around this time last year and did game trading this way. I wasn't necessarily "asking" for that much money with the prices, just how much it is selling for on Steam. I'll check enchancedsteam out later and revise my post, thanks for the help.
most welcome. Yeah i wasn't sure, but i figured you might just be listing store prices. I did something similar at first and found it just scared people off. Some of that stuff like xcom and total warhammer you'd actually be able to sell pretty reasonably on eBay. It will trade well too. Other stuff people just don't value at all any more. It's kind of sad for stuff like Ashes and Pillars which are both amazing... put people won't even look at it anymore. Enhanced steam is just awesome. Helpful with a shit ton of other stuff as well.
