I do not think so, almost every trader have Dota 2 and sell/trade it, even now, when there is a confirmed information about Dota 2 it's free.
As long as they haven't released an open beta, dota2 gifts can still be traded. :) I think most ppl know this well. The game is free, yes. But the beta invites are not.
This means that the value of DOTA 2 fell into a few times and now it makes no sense to offer good games for it, as this game is free!
Now on sites steamgifts.com it costs 10 points, not 50

Still, as far as we know, it could be launched next year or even later, so some people might still want to get some Dotas before launch. Original launch date was late 2011. We are close to summer 2012, and still no news about launch date.
I did not want to say something bad. Just now there is confirmed information that the game will be free after the release. That's all I wanted to say. Sellers/traders/buyers should be aware of this. And i think for many it is interesting information and maybe it will help them somehow.
