The hunting thread (Help me report my impersonator)

Here's the deal. I tried to report them, but without evidence of them trying to scam, Steamrep admins had to archive my report. Obviously they're not going to try to scam me, they're pretending to be me. Apparently, however, they are quite active in failed attempts. What I want is for people to screenshot the conversation where "Tsarius" tries to scam them. For good measure, I would also like screenshots of their profile and inventory.
