I would go with 10$ for Bioshock 1 & Bioshock 2. But Skyrim DLCs are priorities. I'll contact you later if you find my offer considerable :)

I'm interested in Bioshock 2 + GTA Complete (15$) in case no one offers Dawnguard.

I tend to get it together with Mirror's Edge. It depends how much I spend on GTA + Bioshock 2 or Dawnguard.

It's a good list I must say, but there is nothing that really interests me the most at the moment.
