The problem with RU+CIS gifts is not activation but actual launch of the game. Many RU+CIS games can be activated on other countries' accounts but they won't run until the owner gets Ru IP. With all the tightening Steam policies I bet they can do such trick with Batman so beware - you might run into big trouble on release date (when many Batmans just won't start) if you are not "one-month trader".
Though, I do NOT present my judgement as the only truth since I am not Valve employee.
yeah ive been keeping all traders in my friends list in case of situations like this, im not here to cheat anyone :)
Th aim was not to offence you in any way but just to present the thing behind such trades. If you are keeping track of all your trades up till November - good.
After all, people want cheaper games so if they taking the risk why not provide them such games.
