I'm not familiar in these 'ref' things. What does it mean? What is the value of one 'ref'?
im not sure if u resurrected this post from the grave or if it was recently bumped so ill at least try and help answer your "Ref" question.. Refined Metals from TF2 game are commonly used as a currency for situations like this (trading purposes). most commonly there are 7ref - 1key (each has their own rate though) so generally 1ref = 0.35USD.. =) hope that helps.. scrap.tf has a bot service that can exchange the key/ref currencies back and forth also ;)
