It's not worth more than that. Just look here: https://isthereanydeal.com/game/justcauseiiixledition/info/ - the lowest price it has gone on sale is $5.37 and now it's in a bundle which means its value is lower than that. If you think you'll get $10 for it any time soon you'll be disappointed.
